Head Of Primary - St John'S Newtown

Geelong Lutheran College St John's Newtown is seeking an experienced Head of Primary to lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals while making a positive impact on the lives of our students. The College Executive level person will have the capacity to embrace, maintain and foster the College values, culture, and ethos.
With 350 Primary School students in our K-Year 6 school which offers International Baccalaureate PYP, this key leadership position commences in January 2025.

Requirements for this position include:

An ability to clearly articulate a strong, personal Christian faith
Lead and manage the Primary School (Prep-6)
Drive educational innovation and continuous improvement
Oversee student welfare and pastoral care for personal transformation
Collaborate with the Executive Principal and Leadership team on strategic initiatives
