Beyond Loaf , our biggest growth area in bakery, is responsible for driving profitable growth of the Beyond Loaf portfolio and to ensure effective leadership and collaboration of cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business initiatives.Working with some of Australia's most loved brands including Helgas you will be responsible for all brands, and all formats within the portfolio, the role will carefully balance brand strategy and investments across the total portfolio to ensure the best outcome for the business and the portfolio P&L. You will also play a key leadership role in the business, ensuring the role modelling and embedding of the GF cultural imperatives.Portfolio expert and lead with deep knowledge and understanding of the category and competitive landscape across the Retail and Foodservice channelsDevelopment and implementation of 3Y and annual strategic plan - to drive portfolio growth & health, end user and purchaser preference across the Retail and Foodservice channelsLead portfolio optimisation to drive incremental profitDrive the development of innovation plans for their portfolioOversee implementation of portfolio and brand strategies to deliver long term growthExperience / Qualifications Required10+ years brand, category or portfolio management experienceLeadership of complex x-functional projectsDegree qualified in Marketing or BusinessExperience in integrated communications strategy including equity building & shopper activationExperience in developing category strategy and building category reviewsDemonstrated team builder and leaderStrong internal and external stakeholder management (essential)In return for your passion and success, we will reward you with a competitive remuneration package and help you to achieve personal and professional growth and development in a flexible working environment.
