HEAD OF PLANNING | BRAS N THINGS | PRYMONT
This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced, collaborative and constructive Manager, to join our leadership team and deliver profitable outcomes through inventory management, sales forecasting, option planning, merchandising products and efficient supply chain.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the Merchandise Planning Strategy
Influence the broader business and drive key decision making
Lead a team to provide insights, offer ideas and identify & deliver profitable outcomes for the business
Support Buying by providing astute reporting & analysis to improve productivity at all levels
Optimise Return on Investment through inventory management
What experience do I have?
10 years' experience in merchandise planning with a large retailer.
Track record leading and mentoring a high performing team to deliver whilst ensuring they learn and grow
Ability to work in an agile, high-pace and changing environment, react appropriately and efficiently, and identify solutions
Able to work collaboratively, take on feedback and switch gears quickly and seamlessly
Confident and effective communicator, with an ability to influence diverse stakeholders
Customer focused, always working with our customer in mind
Technical aptitude - ability to grasp technical concepts and details, strong Excel skills
