As Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships you will lead a specialist team to develop, establish and deliver a forward-focused strategic fundraising plan in support of State Library's organisational priorities.

Join our Senior Leadership Team as Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships and play a vital role in designing and delivering funding strategies ranging from general giving to major campaigns. Your experience in building relationships with philanthropists and sponsors along with your track record in securing grants will enable you to inspire connection with our treasured collections, state-of-the-art facilities and impactful programs.
In this critical role, you will work closely with the State Librarian and CEO and lead the Philanthropy and Partnerships branch to build, maintain and nurture relationships with new and existing donors, sponsors and supporters. You will ensure the Queensland Library Foundation Council is well-informed and able to drive advocacy, assess priorities and achieve fundraising goals. Your motivation to meet fundraising targets will enable State Library to deliver enhanced collections, services and spaces.
