Position Overview: As the Head of People Systems, you will play a critical role in shaping our clients HR technology strategy and ensuring our systems effectively support our people processes. You will lead the implementation, optimisation, and integration of our HR platforms, driving efficiency and enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic vision for HR technology, focusing on UKG and SuccessFactors. Oversee the implementation and optimisation of HR systems to align with business goals and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR systems and processes.. Enhance user experience by gathering feedback and implementing improvements to HR systems. Lead and mentor a team of HR technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our HR technology remains cutting-edge and effective. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Extensive leadership experience, this role has up to 7 direct reports and over 60 indirect reports. Proven experience in managing HR systems, specifically UKG (Kronos) and SAP SuccessFactors. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Previously overseen multiple concurrent $20 million plus projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
