Strategic partnering and workforce insights will drive the development of strategic plans aimed at integrating programs and initiatives across people experience, talent management, safety and wellbeing, performance management and lifecycle management within the business. You will also oversee delivery of effective and efficient P&C practices and solutions, with a focus on digital transformation.What You Will BringThe successful candidate will demonstrate strong senior leadership experience, specialising in HR, safety and wellbeing, either in the Defence industry or fast-paced and high-growth environments. You must have an analytical mindset and proven track record of developing and overseeing implementation of strategic plans, projects, process improvements and policies across HR, physical and psychosocial safety and wellbeing. Your ability to coach/mentor, communicate, influence and negotiate will be complemented by your natural ability to partner and engage with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and are essential for success. A strong understanding of industrial relations, safety legislation and the importance of aligned employment terms and conditions are critical requirements.
