Working alongside the P&C team and Senior Leaders across the business, the role will provide leadership and expert advice on service delivery improvement and organisational design activities, while also driving our long-term strategic workforce plan.The role is supported by expertise across key functional service areas - workforce planning, program management and change.About youApplications are encouraged from those with experience across all elements of a People & Culture function working in a large corporate. Demonstrated experience in leading business improvement programs, and organisational transformation is essential. A highly collaborative people leader with a drive for excellence will be key qualities for success in this position.
