It is focused on enabling the company's performance and growth rather than compliance and other 'non-performance focused' initiatives. We believe in driving 'culture by design' through our company's distinct core have defined the key accountabilities for the role as follows: Team planning – develop an organisational plan that supports the strategic plan.Talent acquisition – recruit A-player talent who are 'right person, right seat'.Performance culture – create and reinforce a high-performance / high-accountability culture.Talent management – grow high-potential talent and build an A-player team.Onboarding & training – create repeatable programs for ramping new hires efficiently.Development – create programs to develop our leaders, managers, and other key systems/tech – implement technology & systems to maximise the team's general – keep HR-related 'noise' to a minimum and allow managers to focus on running the business.This new role will require serious ambition, energy, and commitment.
