Responsibilities include determining strategies and embedding effective and efficient practices and solutions for strategic workforce planning, resource forecasting, org capability and design, career pathway mapping, talent acquisition, talent management and learning & development. This position will have ownership of the short- and long-term capability strategy, ensuring Saab acquires and builds the right people capabilities and talent pipeline, to deliver for today and the future. Not only is this position focused on ensuring Saab can effectively deliver customer needs, but also ensuring Saab's people experience meaningful development and rewarding career pathways.What You will BringThe successful candidate will have senior leadership experience, with expertise across workforce and resource planning, talent acquisition, capability and development, preferably in the Defence industry or a fast-paced and high-growth environment. You must have an analytical mindset and proven track record in strategic problem solving, planning and thinking. Your ability to coach/mentor, communicate, influence and negotiate will be complemented by your natural ability to partner and engage with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
