Connecting and CaringAccess Through TeamworkResultsEmpowermentAbout the role: As the Head of Partnerships for the Tasmanian Region, your primary purpose is to collaborate with existing and new nursing homes within your defined territory, particularly in Hobart. You will work closely with key stakeholders to increase resident numbers through a targeted approach based on regional requirements. Reporting to the General Manager of Customer Relations and a dotted line to the CEO and the Executive General Manager of Clinical and Customer Strategy, you will play a crucial role in promoting our holistic model of care and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining and growing resident numbers in targeted regions and nursing homes within a defined territoryIdentify Aged Care Facilities needing GP services in regions, follow up on interest, and introduce and promote AACPromote the AAC holistic model of care and be able to explain the differences and benefits compared to the traditional models of careTravel regularly within your territory centres to arrange face-to-face meetings with key stakeholdersHandle all phone/ email queries from facilities, residents, and their families, regarding joining the serviceWork closely with all stakeholders, internal (AAC nurses and admin staff) and external (RACFs/ next of kin, power of attorneys, and other contacts); maintaining positive relations to achieve Company objectivesOngoing maintenance of the homes and regions database with up-to-date and accurate informationProvide input to Management regarding feedback from our partner homes and residentsReporting and ad-hoc tasks/ duties as requiredAbout you: Working autonomously and having a can-do attitude are key to this unique role.Take ownership of your territory and open up opportunities in our progressive and fast-paced companyDemonstrated experience working in a similar role - healthcare industry experience/knowledge of the Aged Care Sector desirableExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver to agreed timelinesExceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with people from a variety of backgrounds and experiencesAbility to work independently, with limited supervisionStrong customer service and engagement skillsBasic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applicationsAbility to maintain thoroughness and accuracy with high attention to detailCourteous, with high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretionPositive and collaborative team player working in line with our Purpose and ValuesAdaptability and flexibility to changing work environments and requirementsAble to travel within your region regularlyBenefits: Full-time positionLocated in Hobart with the ability to travel across TasmaniaGreat culture, facilities, and working environmentGrowing business offering opportunities for promotion and career developmentAbility to influence and assist in the development of the commission structure for this roleCompetitive salary and bonus with OTE of up to $200KHow to apply: If you feel this is the right opportunity for you and you would love to be a part of making a difference in people's lives, click apply now and follow the prompts.
