Explore what could be, and have the independence to act Location agnostic Permanent full time, hybrid working and competitive salary on offer The opportunity to join our team The Head of Organisational Development – Leadership, Talent and Learning is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving strategy and initiatives related to leadership development, talent management, and learning across the organisation. This role plays a crucial role in shaping our culture, leadership capabilities, and enhancing employee engagement through effective talent development strategies and is part of our passionate and driven Organisational Development and Employee Experience team. Leading and building a team for four you will together Deliver on our strategic leadership goals by designing and implementing leadership development programs and solutions to cultivate and enhance leadership capabilities across all levels of the organisation Lead our talent strategy and processes such as talent and succession planning to foster a strong talent pipeline, delivering solutions that support in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, aligned with our goals Define our learning strategy, overseeing the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs that address the growth needs of our people at all levels Identify emerging learning trends and technologies to enhance learning experiences and drive continuous improvement across the organisation Using metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning, talent and leadership initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimise outcomes Facilitate workshops and training sessions for various audiences Lead and manage the leadership, learning and talent technology we use (for example SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning) What you will bring to the team: Bachelor's degree or similar in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent tertiary education) Extensive experience in organisational development, leadership development, talent management, or related areas, with a track record of driving impactful initiatives Proven experience in a partnering role (for example People and Culture Business Partner, or Change Partner) Deep understanding of leadership theories, talent management practices, and adult learning principles Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at an enterprise level across all levels Advance facilitation skills Great tech-fluency, proven experience using technology to enable talent, learning and leadership solutions Demonstrated leadership skills, fostering an inclusive environment while delivering high performance outcomes Strategic mindset, capable of translating business objectives into actionable organisational development strategies Create the future What gets us excited about working here?
