Job Overview: We have a brand-new opportunity for a dynamic Head of Organisational Development. The role will be a centre of excellence, focused on building capability across the organisation, by developing and implementing key people, training and culture programs and initiatives to improve performance, support diversity and enhance organisational engagement.
Key Accountabilities: Lead the advent of Kinetic Academy Australia, identifying and creating a full catalogue of development opportunities for the broad range of roles across Kinetic. Manage the full cycle of learning solutions which have real business impact and suit a diverse range of learners and variety of delivery modes. Partner with external providers including RTOs and Trade Schools, to deliver the Kinetic Academy catalogue of development opportunities. Design, evolve and deliver bespoke programs that support organisational capability development, performance improvement and the employee experience such as our high-performance framework, succession planning, targeted rewards and recognition strategy and culture and engagement action planning and identified initiatives. Support business leaders to deliver on Kinetic's diversity targets by working shoulder to shoulder with them to create, maintain and execute programs that create a workforce representative of the communities in which we operate. Write, review, implement and continuously improve procedures that support our Employer Value Proposition and encourage a diverse range of applicants for roles, and retention of existing staff. Collaborate with the People and Safety Team and the business leaders to understand business challenges and co-create interventions that support our Cultural Roadmap. What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in organisational development, psychology, human resource, training, business or a related field. Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-wide performance and development interventions, preferably in a large, complex organisation with a unionised workforce. Commitment to improving diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation. First-rate written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create learning material relevant to a wide range of audiences. Deep, demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory, contemporary organisational development concepts and people leadership approaches. Highly organised, with eagle-eyed attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Brilliant creative and strategic thinking capabilities. Demonstrated aptitude for getting ahead of trends and identifying alternative content delivery methods across a large organisational footprint.
