Description Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operational processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives. The Head of Operations will work closely with other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability. Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives Oversee and manage all operational processes, including production, logistics, supply chain, and customer service Ensure that all operational processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed Develop and manage budgets for operational activities and ensure that expenditures are within approved limits Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners Lead and manage a team of operational professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field 10+ years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex operational issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Role Type Company Overview Plastic Collective (PC) is a social enterprise with a mission to collaborate with communities to stop plastic pollution, and to provide innovative solutions to funding the required global expansion in waste management infrastructure.
