The Role: The Head of Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence and cultivating a high-performance culture across the company.
This role requires strategic leadership and effective management to uphold quality standards across all divisions while implementing innovative systems and processes to support scalable business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Champion BNB Made Easy's "why" and core values, ensuring they guide all decisions and actions across the organisation.
Promote a positive and inclusive culture across the business.
Use data and insights to influence business planning and strategy.
Evaluate staff and divisional performance and progress.
Operational Management: Oversee and support managers to achieve performance targets.
Implement and refine procedures to enhance efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
Maintain staffing ratios, ensuring adherence to scalable procedures.
Ensure compliance requirements are met.
Manage quality control processes.
Oversee and improve supply chain processes.
Monitor and enforce budget adherence.
Other Details: Qualifications: The successful candidate will either have or be willing to obtain a NSW real estate licence as part of this role.
Location: Based in Orange with some travel required to visit regions in Bathurst, Dubbo, Wagga Wagga, and future regions.
Salary: Senior executive role with salary negotiated based on experience.
