Seeking an experienced Head of Operations This proud South Australian NFP is a well-established, quality assessed, registered and certified provider of disability residential and support services.

My client has an incredible opportunity available within the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of this innovative organisation.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive the company forward, achieving organisational goals and ensuring alignment with the core purpose and strategic vision, and above all providing nurturing, safe services to clients.

Leadership Collaborate with the CEO, Board of Directors and the SLT to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with vision and objectives.
Influence the focus on core values, customer service and care and quality standards.
Operational Support the SLT and oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency across departments.
Optimise performance, foster best practices and mitigate risks.
Schedule and coordinate successful NDIS certification audits and ASES assessments.
Performance Management Establish, monitor and measure key performance criteria and metrics.
Drive the delivery of company and team goals and strategies.
Reporting and Communication Regularly report to the CEO and Board of Directors on organisational performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged in the company's progress.
Represent the organisation and build relationships and networks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Resilience, adaptability and strong negotiation skills.
Qualifications 4-5 years experience in a similar role.
Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS.
Experience and knowledge of NFPs.
Strong understanding of disability.
Strong understanding of cultural safety.
Proven success in direct management of diverse teams.
Strong strategic and business acumen.
