The Role As Head of Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Zenobia's growth and operational excellence.
Reporting directly to the executive team, you will: Drive operational efficiency: Lead and optimise workflows to ensure scalability and productivity.Lead the team: Build and nurture a high-performing, collaborative team culture that thrives on accountability.Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with legal, compliance, operations, and senior leaders to ensure alignment with strategic goals, fostering seamless execution and maintaining regulatory and operational excellence.Ensure compliance: Oversee risk management and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks.Execute growth: Actively manage investor relationships, streamline processes, and convert a robust sales pipeline into investments.Transition to leadership: Position yourself to evolve into the Managing Director role within 12 months, with potential equity incentives. About You You are a driven, hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence and a proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Your qualifications and experience include: A degree in business, finance, or a related field.Extensive experience in operational leadership, strategic planning, and process improvement.Familiarity with asset-backed lending, financial services, or investment operations (highly desirable).Your strengths and attributes include: Ownership mindset: You take initiative, thrive on accountability, and ensure tasks are executed with excellence.Versatility: You're comfortable wearing many hats and managing diverse responsibilities across operations, fundraising, and team development.Problem-solving skills: You excel at breaking down complex challenges and delivering effective solutions.Growth-oriented: You are excited to scale the business and grow with it, evolving into broader leadership over time.Hands-on approach: You're ready to get into the details, driving execution while laying the foundation for long-term success.
