Alpha's founder has operated in the Australian vehicle industry since 2006 providing Fleet services in meeting with consumer demand, and today controls synergistic Small Medium Enterprises Alpha Car Hire and Parking, Intrinsic Finance and Alpha Autos.
Alpha Group of companies is looking for a hands-on industry operations focused, and experienced Head of Operations / Chief Executive Officer as the company's 2nd in command to ensure business efficiency and sustainable growth by overseeing, implementing, and managing its fast-paced Car Hire operations and procedures. Within 6 months we would anticipate that you would successfully transition to oversee the complete operations and be responsible for both the day to day running and p/l forecasts.
Role requirements
Based on site at our Eagle Farm flagship, reporting directly to the company founder and managing director, and working closely and collaboratively with all core business departments and stakeholders, you will actively manage our Car Hire locations across Australia's Eastern seaboard, and be primarily responsible for and not limited to the following:
Overseeing Car Hire daily operations.
Setting comprehensive goals and Key Performance Indicators for performance and growth across all levels of operations.
Establish, implement, and maintain Car Hire operations policies and standard operating procedures.
Manage and lead to achieve maximum performance and dedication.
Yield management to maximise revenue and business performance.
Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
Offering
High energy and hands-on, you will naturally apply your proven Operations knowledge, skills, and abilities from the travel and tourism, and/or hospitality industry specifically your expertise in yield management, alongside your proven acumen across all core business areas including HR, Finance, Marketing, IT/Business Infrastructure, data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
Your excellence in management and leadership will see you effectively communicate; problem solve and make decisions to achieve greater efficiency and performance in our agile Operations and dynamic fleet business and environment.
