This will be a permanent full time position, the HoOE will be an integral part of the operations team. They will provide critical support in delivering upon agreed operational strategies and providing high quality reporting to inform decision making and continuous improvement.You'll help us shape the future of children in our care by:Fostering effective collaborative working relationships, creating an environment of purposeful evidence and accountability that drives continuous improvement in centre operations.Demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence by developing an evidence-based approach to inform strategy and decision-making for center operations and performance, while presenting case-based solutions to address challenges.Consolidating data insights to identify and mitigate operational risks and provide regular reports to Executives that highlight effective progress toward improved outcomes.What you'll bringWith extensive expertise in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, you demonstrate exceptional decision-making and negotiation skills, effectively supporting a multisite business with diverse contexts and dispersed workforces.To succeed in this role, you will have:Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education.Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (completed within three months or willing to obtain).Find your Better WayEvery C&K career helps children belong and grow.
