We passionately support Finance Brokers who specialise in asset finance via aggregation services, marketing, lead generation, customer relationships, technology, and business management; all with the objective of helping them to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
The Role
We are looking for someone to lead our Broli business and take it to new heights. You will sit on the Fintelligence leadership team and report directly to the General Manager.
You will be responsible for growing established customer channels within Broli, through leading and developing the team, and instilling best sales practices within the business. You will provide coaching and leadership to your team leaders and provide expertise and guidance to the team of brokers. Other responsibilities include managing your panel of lenders and other suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Driving the growth of the Broli business via the Spot and Refer and Online business lines.
Expertly lead and coach the Team Leaders of Broli Online and the Spot & Refer teams, ensuring all their team members are adequately knowledgeable, compliant, and performing to defined performance metrics.
Play a lead role in ensuring the Broker Portal and 'backend' loan tier framework of Ambition Cloud includes the current and accurate product collateral and criterion of panel lenders and insurers.
Provide proactive input into the ongoing development of a value proposition that positions Fintelligence as the preeminent Asset Finance aggregator within Australia.
Actively monitor, and ensure same of team, all panel (asset finance) lenders and insurers to develop an expert and current knowledge of their products and processes.
Maintain constructive relationships with lenders and insurers to ensure the Fintelligence brand is appropriately represented.
Continued development of new and enhancement of current finance referral channels, including maximisation of quality loan volumes, application to approval conversions and internal efficiency.
We are looking for an innovative and experienced senior leader from the Asset Finance broking industry. Exceptional sales and relationship building capability is essential, as is a proven track record in leading high-performing broker teams. The successful candidate will be able to lend their hand to both the execution of strategy and driving operational effectiveness.
