Head Of Natural Gas Origination

I am partnered with a global Energy Development & Trading Company that is looking to bring on a Senior Originator to structure long term deals , PPA's and help provide commercial / trading opportunity to the team. This person would be the Director of Natural Gas Origination.This position is located in Houston, TX.Responsibilities:Create valuable transaction opportunities for the business by generating new customer acquisitionsKnowledge of Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream value chainsNegotiate various contractual agreements inclusive of PPA's and structured tradesRepresent the business at conferences, client events and presentationsSucceed in a team based environmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics or similar discipline (or equivalent through experience) is preferredMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in North American marketsExcellent commercial skillsProven ability to develop and expand valuable relationships with energy clientsStrong knowledge of structured gas productsTalent for deal structuring and managing a deal process
