Head Of Natural Gas Origination

I am partnered with a global Energy Development & Trading Company that is looking to bring on a Senior Originator to structure long term deals , PPA's and help provide commercial / trading opportunity to the team. This person would be the Director of Natural Gas Origination.
This position is located in Houston, TX.
Responsibilities: Create valuable transaction opportunities for the business by generating new customer acquisitions Knowledge of Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream value chains Negotiate various contractual agreements inclusive of PPA's and structured trades Represent the business at conferences, client events and presentations Succeed in a team based environment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics or similar discipline (or equivalent through experience) is preferred Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in North American markets Excellent commercial skills Proven ability to develop and expand valuable relationships with energy clients Strong knowledge of structured gas products Talent for deal structuring and managing a deal process #J-18808-Ljbffr
