Position 2025 Full time Head of Middle School – Hills Adventist College (Kellyville Campus)

Role Description Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Greater Sydney) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Head of Middle School to join the leadership team at Hills Adventist College.
This position is a key support to the campus management team.
As the key leader in the Middle School (Year 5-8), you will be responsible for creating structures and support that invoke connection and a thriving learning community for students who are in this developmental stage.
Commencing Term 1 2025, with opportunities for ongoing employment, experienced leaders or those looking for their first leadership opportunity are both welcome to apply.
Both Primary and Secondary teacher applicants are welcome.
Selection Criteria Ability to lead the implementation of the Vision, Mission and Values Demonstrate effective strategic planning, change management, logistics management, and leadership Lead and build the performance and capacity of others Ability to develop positive relationships with key stakeholders As a member of the Hills Adventist College teaching staff, you will join a passionate team committed to continually striving towards the vision of Creating a Thriving Christ-Centred Learning Community.

Application Requirements The successful applicant will hold a formal teaching qualification (degree level), a current Working with Children Check in NSW, and be currently registered with NESA to teach in NSW – or be eligible to register with NESA.
It is preferable that the successful applicant be a baptised and practising member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church or a practising Christian sympathetic to the unique Seventh-day Adventist identity of the school.
