Contract Type: Permanent/Ongoing Position Full Time Applications Close: 10 November 2024 Endeavour College is seeking to appoint a fulltime permanent Head of Middle School. A member of the Leadership team, the Head of Middle School is a significant leadership role at the College who will work closely with other members of the team to support the College realize its Mission in line with the strategic direction of the College.
The Head of Middle School will determine, develop, and implement data-driven decisions in consultation with the Principal to achieve excellence in educational programs and operations, ensuring the highest quality of support, care, and learning for all students at the College, particularly those within the Middle School.
We envision an experienced and effective leader with a true passion for education, demonstrated success in developing and implementing curriculum and pastoral care programs relevant to Middle School students, and skilled in building supportive relationships with students, families, and staff. You will be committed to excellence in Christian co-education and the principles of Lutheran education, and have a strong understanding of and experience in the application of Restorative Practices.
