iion is the leading global game advertising platform, reaching brands' ideal customers across all gaming environments. We are ambitious trailblazers, aiming to be an indispensable element in brands' media strategy. We are a growing team of 50+ people, working primarily remote, being headquartered in Australia, consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe. About The Role To further build iion's position as a global game advertising thought leader we are looking to strengthen our team with a Head of Marketing. The Head of Marketing becomes a vocal advocate for game advertising and leads the iion marketing efforts to the next level. The role reports into one of the Co-Founders and is a primarily remote role. The position is open to candidates who reside in the European time zone.  Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute Marketing Strategy : Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive ambitious business growth and manage the marketing budget Corporate Marketing: Oversee iion's corporate marketing strategies to enhance brand identity, increase market visibility, and promote thought leadership Team Leadership and Development : Manage and mentor the marketing team. Ensure the marketing team is empowered through appropriate reviews and development plans Marketing Operations : Establish and optimize marketing operations processes, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns, tracking performance metrics, developing ABM strategies and managing the marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Notion and marketing analytics platforms etc.)  Product Marketing: Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies to drive product adoption, positioning, and differentiation Public Relations, Content and Partnerships : Develop and oversee PR activities , content strategy, media relations, and partnerships to expand brand reach and visibility Event Marketing : Develop and execute strategic global event marketing campaigns that drive attendance, increase brand visibility, and generate leads AI Implementation : Develop and implement an AI strategy across the department to increase marketing efficiency Role Requirements 10+ years of digital B2B marketing, ideally in a game and/or AdTech environment Comprehensive marketing management and budget ownership experience Hands-on experience with events marketing Experience working within marketing automation, ideally HubSpot Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Thrives in a fast-paced remote startup environment Values we are looking for are agility, challenging the status quo, ownership and collaboration Excellent written and verbal English communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
