We work closely with regulators to provide sustainable financial solutions with the objective of improving our customers' circumstances as a pathway to mainstream financial inclusion.A rare position to join a market leader where you will be a key member of the executive team responsible for all marketing activities for our lending business. You will efficiently acquire and retain customers to both existing and new products in accordance with targets and business cases. You will also identify new products and channels to achieve long-term lending earnings growth and return targets.Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing marketing strategies, enhancing earnings, and ensuring market growth in all new and existing products.Key Responsibilities include:Identify new product, channel and geographiesSupport pilots for new products, channels and geographiesPrepare marketing strategy for each product, channel and geographyMarketing and advertising executionPlan, implement, and optimise acquisition campaigns across channels (digital, social media, SEO, SEM, etc.) to attract new customersPrepare retention / cross sell strategy for each product/customer segmentEnsure Credit Corp and its brands are known for being among the most sustainable and responsibleReview websites and all other materials for consistency with the above objectiveIn order to be successful in this role you will be:Ability to lead projects through to successful implementationFlexibility to work at both a strategic and more detailed hands-on levelsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organisation.Extensive experience with digital marketing, customer acquisition, retention strategies, and brand management.Proven ability to define and implement strategy to support business objectivesStrong analytical skills, with a history of using data to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldYou will get the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders and make an impact.
