A rare position to join a market leader where you will be a key member of the executive team responsible for all marketing activities for our lending business. You will efficiently acquire and retain customers to both existing and new products in accordance with targets and business cases. You will also identify new products and channels to achieve long-term lending earnings growth and return targets.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing marketing strategies, enhancing earnings, and ensuring market growth in all new and existing products.
Key Responsibilities include: Identify new product, channel and geographies Support pilots for new products, channels and geographies Prepare marketing strategy for each product, channel and geography Marketing and advertising execution Plan, implement, and optimise acquisition campaigns across channels (digital, social media, SEO, SEM, etc.) to attract new customers Prepare retention / cross-sell strategy for each product/customer segment Ensure Credit Corp and its brands are known for being among the most sustainable and responsible Review websites and all other materials for consistency with the above objective In order to be successful in this role you will be: Ability to lead projects through to successful implementation Flexibility to work at both a strategic and more detailed hands-on levels Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organisation. Extensive experience with digital marketing, customer acquisition, retention strategies, and brand management. Proven ability to define and implement strategy to support business objectives Strong analytical skills, with a history of using data to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.
