This role will continue to innovate the way we grow our brand by leveraging data-driven insights to refine and improve our marketing performance and sales.We're looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and activities. This role is ideal for a marketing manager looking to advance their career by stepping into a strategic leadership position. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth across all channels. The ideal candidate will excel in setting and achieving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to deliver measurable impact.This role reports directly into the Chief Marketing Officer.Skills and experienceYou'll be:A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to team management and project oversight.Results-oriented, adaptable, and innovative in addressing marketing challenges.A strong communicator with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.Passionate about building high-performing teams and leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences.You'll have:Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results.Strong understanding of in-store, digital, and event marketing best practices.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.QualificationsYou'll have:A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field - MBA preferred.8+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and OKRs.Stakeholder Management: Communicate marketing strategies, performance, and insights to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.Marketing Strategy Development: Develop data-driven marketing strategies that leverage in-store, digital, and event channels to engage customers and drive growth.OKR Management: Set, track, and deliver on marketing OKRs, ensuring alignment with company goals and demonstrating ROI.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other departments, including the exec leadership team, operations, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand execution.Performance Analysis: Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
