Reporting directly to the CEO and working as part of the senior leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy to build Feed's market presence. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that distinguishes Feed in the market and builds brand loyalty. Creative Leadership: Oversee all creative efforts, ensuring Feed's visual and verbal presence aligns with our mission. Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and grow a team of creatives and marketing professionals, fostering an innovative, collaborative culture. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Sales teams to align marketing strategies with timelines, objectives, and user experience. External Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with agencies, media, and industry partners to boost brand visibility. User Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve user experience, enhance community engagement, and build brand loyalty. Market Expansion: Develop strategies to expand Feed's reach as a leading food savings platform. Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to measure campaign success and optimize for maximum impact. About You Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus. Experience: At least 10 years in creative or marketing leadership, ideally within tech or food services. Visionary Leadership: Proven ability to shape and execute impactful, long-term brand and marketing strategies.
