About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to join our growing team across Australia.
The successful candidate will be versatile, energetic and will be looking to develop themselves within a fast-paced environment and will play a pivotal role in developing the strategic sales direction for City Cave.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies, focusing on digital channels and aligning with business goals.
Brand Development:
Oversee brand launches and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.
Uphold brand guidelines to ensure uniformity.
Digital Innovation:
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategies.
Stay ahead of digital trends.
Campaign Management:
Plan and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns with an emphasis on ROI and data-driven decision-making.
Use analytics and data to refine strategies continuously.
Team and Budget Management:
Build and manage a high-performing, inclusive marketing team, liaise with external agencies, and oversee the marketing budget.
Market Research and Partnerships:
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
Cultivate relationships with key partners and influencers.
Content Creation and Performance Tracking:
Oversee content creation that engages and converts target audiences.
Implement KPIs to measure effectiveness and report to senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
7-10 years in a senior marketing role, with a proven track record in digital and online marketing, leading successful teams, and executing impactful campaigns.
Experience in managing portfolios and data-driven marketing strategies.
Experience with emerging digital technologies, content marketing, performance marketing, AI, and influencer engagement.
Expertise in crisis management, customer experience strategies, and marketing automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent multitasking and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
