Competitive Salary + Amazing Product Discounts! We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing Team at the National Store Support Centre in Rochedale.
This dynamic and fast-paced role involves developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve key business objectives and KPIs.
You will collaborate with various business divisions and agency partners to ensure the successful delivery of our marketing strategy, continuously enhancing the customer journey.
Reporting to the General Manager of Customer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Amart Marketing Team to achieve goals, implement strategies, and drive customer-focused outcomes.

About the Role As the Head of Marketing, you will bring a genuine passion for marketing and retail to this leadership role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing the Annual Promotional Trade Plan: Maximize business outcomes through strategic planning and execution.Overseeing the Delivery of the Trade Plan: Manage execution of promotional activities, including media, advertising, key visuals, sales offers, and team coordination.Leading Campaign Activation: Guide creative/production agencies, media partners, and internal teams in activating comprehensive marketing campaigns across offline channels, from concept development to implementation.Collaborating Across Channels: Work closely with the Head of Digital to ensure impactful, consistent campaigns are delivered across all marketing channels.Partnering for Promotional Activities: Develop and manage initiatives with partners to drive additional promotional activities and advertising opportunities.Managing Brand Campaigns: Oversee execution of brand-focused marketing initiatives.Developing Category Initiatives and Product Launches: Lead marketing efforts for specific categories, such as the launch of new product lines (e.g., Outdoor Launch).Directing Photography and Visual Content: Oversee photography development and set priorities for the Photography Studio.Evaluating Campaign Effectiveness: Assess the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure business objectives are met.Project Management Excellence: Demonstrate strong project management skills to drive results.Leading and Developing the Team: Provide leadership and development opportunities for four direct reports.About You To thrive in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:
5+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record in marketing, with a strong understanding of industry trends.Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in Marketing or a related field.Retail Industry Experience: Previous experience in the retail sector is highly regarded.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with various stakeholders.Proficient Computer Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a structured approach.Attention to Detail: Meticulous in planning and execution to ensure quality and accuracy.Customer-Focused and Results-Driven: Committed to achieving business objectives and enhancing the customer experience.Proactive and Self-Motivated: Able to hit the ground running, show initiative, and lead by example.Prior retail experience is highly valued.
