The Head of Marketing plays a key role in driving marketing effectiveness and efficiency by connecting and aligning the vertical owners (Commercial leads of Health, General Insurance or Home Loans) to the marketing engine and ensuring that all the necessary marketing channels are integrated and optimized.
The Head of Marketing acts as the 'senior account director' for our internal agency "Meerkat Studios" to ensure the insights, challenges and strategic drivers of the commercial team enable the go to market team to plan, build and execute marketing activities across always-on excellence and integrated campaigns.
This role intersects with all marketing channels and directs the resources of the team to deliver on the marketing plan agreed with the commercial team - acting as a scrum lead for a cross-functional team of marketing specialists all working together to drive commercial performance for a particular vertical.
