As the Head of Marketing - Customer Transition and Network, you will lead and partner across the enterprise to define, communicate and execute the adoption of digital self-service, driving simplification of our products and services and ultimately aiding migration through the creation of marketing strategies and plans. This is to encourage Retail customers to interact with us digitally and enable successful migration of customers from ANZ Classic over to ANZ Plus.

Local Area Marketing also falls under the remit of this role, helping create and lead bespoke marketing communications to our branch network for our Retail and Commercial divisions.

This is a newly created role, residing in the Australian Marketing Team, reporting to the General Manager Marketing, Australia.

What will your day look like

This newly created role will be accountable for the Marketing Programme to engage and digitise the Retail customer base, while demonstrating leadership of the Local Area Marketing function. Specifically:

Leading the development of the marketing strategy and execution plan to encourage the take-up and ongoing usage of digital self-service features by Retail customers. You will partner with the digital-self service team, to create winning strategies which engage customers to go digital firstPartnering with the Simplification and Personalisation leadership teams to develop and rollout a robust marketing and communication programme regarding product changesDeveloping and executing Marketing strategies to support the Migration Team's objectives, including driving digital adoption metrics.Leading collaborative cross functional strategy and execution of consistent segmentation and data briefs, customer experience and brand identity/tone of voice, and the establishment and leadership of a Retail Comms Council.Partnering with Branch and Contact Centre on Local Area Marketing strategies, and developing propositions and methodologies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of LAM activityPerformance based marketing - as a commercially astute marketer, you will have attention to detail in understanding, measuring and communicating performance metrics. What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Minimum 10 years' experience - in direct-to-consumer banking in strategic marketing / digital / product management / project managementProven commercial acumen, and an understanding of portfolio economics/financial leversProven expertise leveraging analytics and customer behavioural insightsWorked in ambiguity, and large complex regulatory environmentsDemonstrated strategic thinkingBrilliant communicatorDigitally and data literate with a passion for innovation and creating what's possibleDemonstrated ability to contribute to problem solving, contributing to finding business solution Good to have' knowledge, skills, and experiences Additional experience in strategy, operational delivery, transformationPassion for big data, analytics, and user-centred designExperience in automation and AI is highly desirable
