In addition to this, its Home and Community division also provides personalised services across Perth and Regional WA, enabling individuals to maintain independence within their communities.
This Role Reporting to the Chief People & Strategy Officer within the People, Strategy and Brand Function, the Head of Marketing, Change, and Communications role will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the organisation's marketing, change management and communication strategies.
Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing initiatives that strengthen stakeholder engagement, enhance the organisation's brand presence and support growth and transformation objectives.
Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you'll ensure consistent, impactful messaging that aligns with the organisation's values and strategic goals.
About You The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.Senior leadership experience in marketing and communications, ideally within the for-purpose or healthcare sectors.Proven expertise in traditional, digital and social marketing, alongside project management, event planning, public relations and brand management.Demonstrated capacity to act as a key advisor to all Executives on all marketing and communications matters in a standalone role.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.Experience in human services best-practice change management methodologies and translating executive briefings into actionable communication plans will be highly regarded.
