Head of Marketing, Change & Communications We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing, Change & Communications to oversee our marketing, change management, and communications function. Reporting directly to the Chief People & Strategy Officer, in this critical role you will be at the forefront of promoting our brand, driving stakeholder engagement, and supporting our organisational growth and transformation agenda. Key Accountabilities
Support the development of Catholic Homes' marketing and communications strategy. Lead the design and delivery of marketing and communications initiatives that enhance brand presence and support organisational objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure messaging of communications is consistent, impactful and aligned to overarching strategic objectives. Manage Catholic Homes' digital presence, including social media, professional networks and website content. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital content, and promotional materials aligned to the Catholic Homes brand ethos, our mission and our values. Write and distribute high quality copy for media releases, feature articles, stakeholder publications and other communications as directed by the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Team. Plan, coordinate and deliver events that reflect and enhance the Catholic Homes brand in line with our mission and values. Develop and implement effective change management plans to support organisational transformation initiatives and ensure smooth transitions during periods of change. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify potential impacts of change initiatives and mitigate risks. Build and maintain external media relationships, ensuring timely and relevant exposure for the organisation. Provide guidance and implement mitigating actions in the case of crisis management. Provide strategic advice to the Executive Team on marketing, communications, and change management matters. Collaborate with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team to translate key messages and change programs into impactful internal communications tailored to stakeholder demographics for maximum impact. Regularly monitor, measure, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communications plans and initiatives to increase awareness of the Catholic Homes brand and grow key business areas as determined by the organisation. Selection Criteria
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate:
Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior management marketing and communications role, preferably within the for-purpose or healthcare sector. Strong expertise in traditional, digital, and social marketing, project management and event planning. Exceptional professional skills translating Executive briefings into tangible and impactful communications tailored to varying stakeholder groups. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in public relations and brand management. Understanding of best practice change management methodologies and experience in the aged care sector is highly regarded. About Catholic Homes
