will support the growth ambitions of LHH in Australia and New Zealand.
The Head of Marketing will
be responsible for the development,
implementation
and management of integrated marketing programs to
drive
lead generation, brand awareness and
revenue growth
for the region.This role will be responsible for the continuous improvement of platforms,
processes
and procedures in support of the delivery of local marketing activities and achieving local targets in support of global strategy.This high-impact role will work across

Marketing planning and budgetingIn consultation with
key stakeholders including the
country
and sales leaders develop an annual marketing plan
across
Career Transition & Mobility + Leadership Development lines of business
aligned to business strategy

.Proactively seek out new and innovative marketing opportunities to promote the LHH brand and increase and accelerate revenue
growthOwn
the country marketing budget with a focus on generating a strong ROI.Execution of the marketing planPartner with key stakeholders to create and
deliver
targeted lead generation campaigns, identify new sales opportunities, create go-to-market
strategies
and develop sector specific propositions.Be accountable for executing the marketing plan to
achieve country KPI's across business lines and
support revenue growth, demand generation, brand awareness and positioning objectives.This will include
