Providing Cross-functional Leadership across manufacturing and maintenance/engineering departments, as well as to manufacturing business partners including HSEQ, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance teamsDevelop, implement and review monthly an annual manufacturing plan aligned with our 3-year strategy and annual manufacturing requirementsWe welcome applicants with keen commercial acumen and demonstrated capability for production, quality, cost and safety management within a medium to large business environment.The Successful Applicant Will Ideally Possess:
Tertiary qualifications in engineering or a manufacturing related qualification highly regarded.10+ years' experience in operational management with a significant background in high volume manufacturing and/or engineering environmentsAn ability to analyse and interpret financial & production data, supported by an understanding of the relationship between key financial indicators and root causes of problemsAn understanding of Quality, Safety and Sustainability accreditations within a production environment is highly desirableExperience using ERP systemsSound working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.As a member of the Signet team, you will be offered a range of benefits including:
