Job Description The Head of Engineering, Facilities & Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of maintenance , engineering , and facility management across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities include: Maintenance Oversight : Ensure optimal performance of all manufacturing equipment and facilities, managing both reactive and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Team Leadership : Lead and motivate the maintenance team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Budget & Cost Management : Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring projects and activities are completed on time and within budget.
Safety & Compliance : Maintain compliance with WHS , OHS , and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for staff and contractors.
Project Management : Oversee capital works, new installations, equipment upgrades, and site expansions, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.
Contractor & Vendor Management : Manage relationships with third-party contractors and service providers, ensuring service delivery meets operational requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments (e.g., Production, QA) to ensure effective equipment operations and resolve issues impacting production.
