DBG Health's consumer division VidaCorp comprises a number of leading brands in cosmetics, skin care, multivitamins/supplements, personal care, and more.About the role:This role is a 12-month fixed contract where you lead the global logistics network to deliver a best-in-class service across all channels of distribution, embracing worldwide accountability for all warehouses, distribution centres, and international/regional/local streams of transportation and orders management. Drive the strategic growth of the business through an agile omnichannel network implementation, lead the organisational transformation to embed all fulfilment streams into the Customer Supply & Logistics teams, and deliver the best service to our customers.Role & Responsibilities:Lead the management of the global logistics networks (optimisation - design - implementation - management)Drive the logistics strategy plan & execution to support the growth of the groupGovernance on worldwide stock management across all logistics steps of the chainBuild and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the latest information is always available to the supply chain.Work collaboratively cross-functionally internally with key departments to ensure we have the right stock, in the right place, and at the right timeSkills & Experience:Sound experience in 3PL warehousing management and performance evaluationRazor-sharp analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate, analyse and present data.Independent, self-reliant, tenacious, self-starterStrong work ethic, perseverance, and flexibilityExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, commercial & organizational skillsBenefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
