Head of Logistics & Distribution - Maternity Cover We're looking for a Head of Logistics & Distribution to cover a 12-month contract with Vida Corp. About the role: This role is a 12-month fixed contract where you lead the global logistics network to deliver a best-in-class service across all channels of distribution, embracing worldwide accountability for all warehouses, distribution centres, and international/regional/local streams of transportation and orders management. Drive the strategic growth of the business through an agile omnichannel network implementation, lead the organisational transformation to embed all fulfilment streams into the Customer Supply & Logistics teams, and deliver the best service to our customers. Role & Responsibilities: Lead the management of the global logistics networks (optimisation - design - implementation - management) Drive the logistics strategy plan & execution to support the growth of the group Governance on worldwide stock management across all logistics steps of the chain Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the latest information is always available to the supply chain. Work collaboratively cross-functionally internally with key departments to ensure we have the right stock, in the right place, and at the right time Skills & Experience: Sound experience in 3 PL warehousing management and performance evaluation Razor-sharp analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate, analyse and present data.
