About the Role Are you ready to shape the future of learning at Crown?
We're seeking a dynamic leader to join us as the Group Head of Learning & Development.
Reporting to the GGM People & Culture, you'll design and implement our learning strategy, driving impactful change and fostering continuous learning.
This role offers the chance to lead Crown's learning strategy, aligning it with business objectives and future needs.
You'll create innovative programs, engage with senior leadership, champion DE&I initiatives, and use talent data for continuous improvement.
Oversee the RTO function, manage resources efficiently, and ensure compliance with training policies.
Provide leadership for the Learning function, collaborating with P&C and business leaders to support employee engagement, retention, and career development.Lead demand planning, vendor management, and the design, development, and evaluation of learning programs.Improve understanding of leadership behaviors across the organization and support leaders in demonstrating desired behaviors consistently.Effectively manage the learning and development budget, ensuring spending aligns with business needs and budget allocations.Evaluate legislative and government policy requirements, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary changes.About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.Experience in leading OD or learning & development functions, with a track record of successful strategy implementation.Experience working in a regulatory industry, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with familiarity in HR technology and advanced analytics tools.A forward-looking mindset with the ability to develop and implement strategies.Additional InformationWhat you can expect from us On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
