Science learning area .In your capacity as a curriculum leader, you will play a crucial role in providing professional guidance to Science teachers, ensuring they stay informed on relevant curriculum issues within your designated area. You will be instrumental in facilitating teaching and learning outcomes, employing effective performance management strategies, and promoting a culture of

continuous improvement

among the school's academic community.A key aspect of your role may involve implementing

change management strategies

to lead the school community in embracing and developing opportunities for improved services within your specified subject area. Your contributions will extend to the
