You will be able to build positive professional relationships, be an expert classroom practitioner with a passion for math and excellence in teaching. The HoLA - Mathematics should be able to manage their resilience and have the skills to conduct clear conversations when necessary. Another important aspect of the position will be the ability to understand the wider school context and constructively work with other HoLAs and the administration team to achieve broader school objectives.
In partnership with teachers, you will continue building a culture of quality teaching across the learning area that supports the learning needs of all students.
