The successful applicant will be an experienced or emerging leader and dedicated professional, able to demonstrate through their past experiences:
An educational vision consistent with the College's mission and philosophy of learning. Teaching experience to WACE, ATAR level in the Languages Learning Area. Knowledge of contemporary educational leadership principles and practices. A commitment to the promotion of academic excellence. Proven evidence of modelling, coaching and promotion of innovative classroom strategies that maximise students' learning and incorporate the principles of ever-changing contemporary learning. Collaborative teamwork in the development of curriculum, teaching, and assessment materials. Knowledge and alignment of curriculum, standards, instruction, and assessment to ensure appropriate coherence and sequencing. Program design which caters for the diverse learning needs of all students, both in terms of curriculum and assessment. Appropriate integration of eLearning within courses. Ability to manage all requirements for continuous reporting within the LMS (SEQTA). A genuine appreciation and commitment to the pastoral care of young women. A commitment to ongoing professional development and personal growth. Active support of the Catholic ethos and the Presentation traditions of the College.
