This will include our highly successful school-based Soccer program and our emerging Basketball program.The successful applicant should possess the skills to translate the priorities of the school's Business Plan into learning area operational planning that is improvement-focused, responsive to student achievement trends, and proactive in contributing to the school's positive behaviour and wellbeing culture.They will display an ability to lead the delivery of the HPE curriculum and develop the professional practice of the HPE team to ensure successful student outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop the professional capacity of HPE team members through effective performance development are key attributes of the role.The HPE HOLA will possess highly effective organisational and event management skills that extend to demonstrated application of relevant duty of care requirements. They will have a detailed knowledge of the Year 7 -10 Western Australian HPE curricula, Outdoor Education and Senior School course offerings.
