The Role Position Overview: Head of Junior Campus The Head of Junior Campus is a forward-thinking leader focused on creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment. This role is essential for providing high-quality Christian education in the Lutheran tradition, inspiring our community to learn, care, and serve with love.
As a key member of the College Executive Team, the Head of Junior Campus helps build a welcoming and inclusive culture where innovative learning flourishes and every student is valued.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the junior years, including teaching, curriculum, and student wellbeing. Ensure the Junior Campus meets the strategic goals of the College. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and the wider community. Promote our Christian values: Inspire, Care, Serve. What We Offer: A friendly and supportive community. The senior campus, supporting Year 7-12 students, is situated on a picturesque, rural property of 45 hectares located on the outskirts of Hamilton.
