ABOUT THE ROLE As our Head of IT Systems & Infrastructure, you will lead a geographically dispersed team of level 3 IT professionals (engineers/architects) responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems and infrastructure. Reporting to the General Manager – Customer Success, this senior level 3 position is a key role, joining a collaborative and supportive leadership team.
You will be responsible for:
Mentoring, providing technical expertise and review to the team to ensure high performance and ongoing professional development.Encourage innovation and improvement, adopting new technologies and processes to improve efficiency.Oversee the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring they align with client's objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.Identify potential risks and implement security measures to protect all organisations IT infrastructure.Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, and ensuring the team's technical skills remain current.
