• Lead cross-functional teams in managing complex information systems in both healthcare services and manufacturing environments.
• Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Drive change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain robust cybersecurity protocols and compliance with healthcare industry standards.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in a management role, leading IT teams and strategies.
• Proven ability to organize, control, and develop complex information systems in both service delivery and manufacturing settings.
• Strong track record in project management and executing successful change management initiatives.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of working with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Previous experience in the healthcare business sector is highly desirable.
