DescriptionInformation Technology Leadership Role Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Oversight of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance is key to success.Strategic planning and execution of the firm's IT strategy are critical.The Head of IT will be responsible for overseeing technology strategy and implementation, ensuring IT systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with the firm's objectives.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the firm's goals.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering collaboration and innovation.Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software applications.Security Oversight: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive client data and firm information.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet the firm's needs.Compliance: Ensure all IT operations comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to data protection and confidentiality.Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and tools, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Innovation: Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and document management systems.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive organisational change.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders.Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
