Head of IT - Melbourne, Australia - Page Personnel Recruitment Oversee infrastructure, service delivery, and technical support teams. Develop, implement, and embed ICT strategies, systems, projects, initiatives, and policies to support the organisation's objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company's technology strategy Align technology initiatives with business objectives Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance business operations Lead, mentor, and manage technology and spatial teams Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Manage technology projects from inception to completion Oversee the maintenance and security of the company's IT infrastructure Ensure the reliability and performance of all technology systems Develop and manage the technology budget Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers Optimise technology spending and investments Identify, assess, and prioritise cyber security risks and implement robust cybersecurity measures Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments Define and implement best practice IT policies and procedures Define and maintain the IT Risk Register Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 10 years' experience in leading teams and managing IT systems in a complex ICT environment, including experience in a senior technology leadership role Demonstrated experience in managing IT infrastructure and services Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies Demonstrated experience in project management and IT service management Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements Strong people management, relationship, and stakeholder management, and communications skills Experience presenting to Boards, sharing information with industry peers, and building relationships with external stakeholders Experience implementing an e Commerce platform Providing technology thought leadership and continuous improvement to ensure understanding and/or implementation of the latest technology trends and tools, that align with the business vision and strategy The ability to mentor and develop technical staff Strong decision making and written communication skills Demonstrated skills in contract administration and monitoring Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector and agriculture sector is desirable Exposure working with Adobe Commerce is desirable A leading national not-for-profit is seeking a Head of IT to develop and implement technology strategies, aligning with business objectives and managing IT infrastructure, teams, and budgets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
