This role involves efficient and secure I.T operations, staff management, and aligning technology initiatives with the College's objectives.To be considered, applicants must possess:Strong organisational and time management skills with task prioritisation.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proven experience in managing I.T operations across multiple sites, ideally within the education sector.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration, service delivery, and effective communication.Expertise in network management, systems integration, cybersecurity, and I.T infrastructure.Familiarity with educational technologies and platforms.Demonstrated ability to document processes, procedures, and incident reports clearly and thoroughly.Experience with Microsoft, Google, Cloudfare, and JAMF services.Proven track record in change management and strong people management capabilities.The successful applicant will hold a WWCC and the right to work in Australia.
